What do you want to know about the lipofilling?

The fat that’s removed by liposuction is not eliminated, but it receives a purification treatment with filtration and, some times, centrifugation.

What can you expect after surgery?

The same day.

You will be constantly under observation until you are able to go home. Sometimes it is necessary to stay overnight. Someone will have to take you home and drive. At home you will need to be assisted for a day or two. At home it is important to rest for a few days. You can walk if you feel to do so. Remember to buy the medicines prescribed before surgery.

The first week.

For two weeks after you should wear an elastic compression garment made in the USA that is provided directly by the medical office. You can take a shower after a few days. Bruises will appear and legs and feet will be a bit ‘swollen: you will not worry because Dr. Borra will have told you that this is normal.
