Liposculpture is a superficial liposuction, performed in the subcutaneous layer closest to the skin; instead liposuction is performed deeper. Liposculpture and liposuction permanently discard the subcutaneous fat cells called adipocytes: the fat cells will not reforme, so the liposculpture result is definite.
Liposculpture and liposuction allow to lose at least two or three sizes: Dr. Borra works on thighs, knees, stomach, hips, back, arms, neck and chest areas where fat tends to remain even after diets and physical activity .
A flat stomach is easier to get than you think. A few minutes and a quick operation performed masterfully by Dr. Borra won’t separate you from your favorite jeans.

Lipofilling
Very often fat that’s been sucked and still contained in the membranes of living cells, is not thrown away by Dr. Borra, but reused on the same patient to give volume to the breasts, buttocks or to rejuvenate hands and face.

You will be constantly under observation until you are able to go home. Sometimes you will have to stay overnight. Someone will have to take you home and drive. At home you will need to be assisted for a day or two. At home it is important to rest for a few days. You can walk if you feel to do so. Remember to buy the medicines prescribed before surgery.
For two weeks after you should wear an elastic compression garment made in the USA that is provided directly by the medical office. You can take a shower after a few days. Bruises will appear and legs and feet will be a bit swollen: you will not worry as Dr. Borra will have told you that this is normal.
You will see yourself already better, but it takes time for the final result.
